Popular TV show host, Paul Adom Otchere in addressing an issue related to Manasseh Azure Awuni and Joseph Siaw Agyepong put up a memory verse that seemed to be a jab directed towards the wife of Manasseh.
Speaking on The Good Evening Ghana Show on Tuesday, the experienced journalist rounded up his submission on Manasseh with a quote from Proverbs 18: 22 which reads, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord”.
He went on to add that Manasseh had found a beautiful wife and it was not at this point in his career that he was going to impugn his integrity with reports that had no substantial evidence to back them with.
He added that "when a man finds a wife, God gives him favor and men must also favor him".
He requested to have quality reportage from Manasseh because he was noted for having the niche for journalism. Palu Adom Otchere cited many instances in which some media houses had set themselves up for legal suits with some of their reports.
Paul Adom Otchere indicated that Manasseh was unable to provide evidence backing his claim that Joseph Siaw Agyepong owed the state some 140 million.
He advised Manasseh to revise his notes and also take a cue from Plato and Aristotle to avoid exposing his ‘cerebral weakness’ in his reportage.
Manasseh Azure Awuni and Paul Adom Otchere have locked horns over recent allegations that the CEO of Jospong Group of Companies, Joseph Siaw Agyepong was embroiled in some scandal. Paul was of the view that Manasseh was not getting the facts right and was not doing the right thing by setting up the business man for attacks with his media trial.
Manasseh in a Facebook post on Saturday questioned Paul Adom Otchere’s affiliation with the Ghana Journalist Association.
