The 7th edition of the Radio and Television Personality (RTP) awards has ended with various persons winning their fair share of plaques for the immense contributions of Ghana’s media spectrum.
But just like any other event which features a collection of politicians, musicians, and other celebrities, this awards night was no exception to the rule.
Yes, the event had several memorable moments including the citation to Kennedy Agyapong which was read by the general secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
But the most memorable moment was when self-acclaimed female comedian, Afia Schwarzenegger got Asiedu Nketia dance with her to the tune of Nana Addo’s 2016 election campaign song.
The 10-second dance got both personalities holding hands and to their respective seats as they were cheered on by an energetic audience.
Other dignitaries including Sammy Awuku, Joshua Alabi, Former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, among others were present to grace the occasion.
Afia Schwarzenegger is well known for her unflinching support for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) as she has been seen on countless occasions posting pictures of herself and former president Mahama on social media.
